DATE CHANGE: Saturday Winter Rec Program
Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. and Hammond Parks & Recreation invite HAMMOND RESIDENTS with energetic children between the ages of 5 and 12 to attend the Saturday Recreation Program!
The Winter Rec Program is being held on Saturdays, January 16 through March 20.
This FREE, SUPERVISED program helps to foster physical skills, fitness, health, teamwork, leadership, and self esteem while creating recreational experiences for Hammond’s youth.
The program takes place from 10 am until 2 pm at two locations:
  | Morton Elementary School, 7006 Marshall Street |
| Kenwood Elementary School, 6416 Hohman Avenue |
Register on site or at the Hammond Civic Center, 5825 S. Sohl Avenue. A photo I.D. with Hammond address is required.
