The City of Hammond is seeking public proposals for design services pertaining to Station Square – Part A in Hammond, Indiana. The Request for Proposals describes the project that includes the preparation of construction documents, drainage analysis, and permitting for the construction of Station Square – Part A on approximately 1.5 acres and connection to existing infrastructure. The project is located on the eastern portion of the area bounded by Russell Street, Hohman Avenue, Fayette Street and the NICTD Corridor in Hammond, Indiana. The design must be in compliance with Federal, State and local laws.
