Rainy days won’t stop you runners and walkers anymore on our indoor track.
Indoor Swimming Pool
Our indoor pool is for vigorous lap swimming and participating in our scheduled water workouts.

Stressed out? Sore, tired muscles? Enjoy our pulsating Jacuzzi. Your body will thank you.
Racquetball Courts
The Hammond Fitness Center features four racquetball courts for your convenience at no extra cost. Reservations can be made daily at the Fitness Center entrance. Court time is reserved by the hour, come show us your kill shot!
Locker Rooms
Our Men’s and Women’s locker rooms both feature clean shower facilities, steam rooms and lockers for personal items.
Magnum, Cybex, Precor, Universal Strength Training Equipment Weight Equipment
The Hammond Fitness Center offers its members several kinds of weight machines for a wide variety of exercise that will help strengthen your muscles and tone your body.
Free Weights
A standard favorite, free weights are also available for a more concentrated workout.
Life Fitness Treadmills
Walk for a healthy heart! Our treadmills enable you to take in a walk a it calculates your distance, calories, and time.
Airdyne Bicycles
The Airdyne Bicycles are designed to work not only on the lower body, but also the upper body in continuous motion.
Life Step 9500
This stair climbing exercise has been designed to be like natural stair climbing and will provide the best workout. This Life Step 9500 will calculate your time, calories and offers various other features.
Precor Elliptical Machine
Total Body Workout that guides the user to tone and condition the upper body while cross-training the quadriceps, gluteals, hamstrings and calves.
Tanning Beds
We now have Stand-up tanning beds!
