Hammond Holiday Parade

The City of Hammond and Mayor Thomas M McDermott, Jr. will be hosting our annual Holiday Parade this Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 am

The Holiday Parade will start at Gavit High School and ends at the Hammond Sportsplex.

Before the parade, jump in on the Santa Sprint Fun Run! This one-mile run starts at 175th & Indianapolis and ends in front of the Sportsplex just past 165th Street. Apparel and Headwear will be available for purchase at the event. There is no cost to enter, simply register at the event or pre-register here.

If your business/organization wishes to enter a float, vehicle or walking group in the parade, simply complete the online participation form or call (219) 853-7708 for more information. Hurry, the participation entry deadline is November 19th.
