Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr., Hammond Parks & Recreation and PepsiCo are proud to announce the 12th Annual Cinco De Mayo Celebration to be held on Thursday, May 5 at the Hammond Civic Center, 5825 S. Sohl Avenue from 5p-10p. Tickets are on sale now at the Hammond Civic Center Business Office for $15 each, which includes food and live entertainment. This colorful gala features fantastic Mexican cuisine by Atlas Catering of Hammond that will be served from 5:30-8:00pm. Duo Romantico will perform from 5-7pm, Ballet Folkorico Yolotzin will perform from 7-8pm along with popular local area bands Erik Antonio y Su Mariachi performing from 8-9pm and Together from 9-10pm.
