Food served by El Gran Taco Mexican Grill (from 5:00pm - 8:00pm). The menu this year consists of grilled chicken in jalapeno cream cheese sauce, diced pork ribs in green salsa stew, stuffed poblano peppers, vegan and vegetarian tamales, rice, beans, chips and salsa. Children’s meals are available consisting of quesadillas on flour tortilla, or cheese or pepperoni pizza, macaroni & cheese, rice and beans.
