Warming Shelters Open in Hammond
Hammond Mayor Thomas McDermott Jr., has announced that due to the extreme cold expected this week, the City of Hammond has identified several buildings as warming centers, including: the Jean Shepherd Center, Hammond Civic Center, and Hammond Sportsplex.
