All submissions must include documentation of professional training, experience, references, professional certifications and schedule of fees. Interested businesses are asked to deliver five (5) copies of the proposal in a sealed and clearly endorsed envelop to the Hammond Redevelopment Commission c/o Department of Planning and Development, 5925 Calumet Avenue, Suite #315, Hammond, IN 46320, no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on October 17, 2023.
